Contra Check after Left Whisk The ISTD syllabus lists this specific amalgamation: Natural Spin Turn Turning Lock Left Whisk on (1), (2) Replace weight on LF, (3) Step RF side into Contra Check. IDTA: The IDTA syllabus states that the figure may end in closed position, with the Man ready to step RF forward (Lady LF Back). Not Permitted: German dancers competing D-Class/C-Class syllabus standard under DTV rules are not permitted to dance the Left Whisk or the Contra Check. |
