Timing
There are three common timings used with the Change of Direction:
1. (SSS) As written in both ISTD and IDTA technique books, which end
                with a Man's LF forward preparing to dance a Feather Step or
                Natural Weave. A common variation is to omit the Man's LF
                forward prep step and commence with e.g. a Three Step.

2. (SS)  As outlined in The Foxtrot and Basic Principles, steps 1-2 of the
              Change of Direction can proceed directly into a Hover Telemark.

3. (SSSS) A common variation is to elongate the Change of Direction by 
                  adding another (S). May end with Man's LF forward preparing 
                  to dance a Feather Step; or one could omit the Man's LF 
                  forward prep step and commence with e.g. a Three Step.
