The Feather Finish is part of the Feather Step family outlined by 
Alex Moore in the Ballroom Technique. In addition to following the 
Reverse Turn, Closed Impetus, and the Back Feather, it also forms 
the ending to the Basic Weave, Weave from PP, Natural Weave, Top Spin,
Quick Natural Weave from PP, and Bounce Fallaway with Weave Ending.

Feather Finish commenced Outside Partner on the Left Side
There are two instances in syllabus Foxtrot where a Feather Finish would 
be commenced Outside Partner on the Left Side:
-Hover Cross
-Natural Zig Zag from PP

The Feather Finish commenced Outside Partner on the Left Side 
may only be danced at the respective level of the Hover Cross and 
Natural Zig Zag from PP. 

Checked Feather Finish
The Feather Finish can be checked Outside Partner into Top Spin or Outside Swivel.
