Notes
The Extended Reverse Wave is only codified in the IDTA syllabus. In 
essence, it adds the Back Feather and another Back Three Step to the
existing Reverse Wave. There are three principle variants:

1. Extended Reverse Wave consists of:
     1-3 Reverse Turn (SQQ), a Back Three Step (SQQ), a
     Back Feather (SQQ), another Back Three Step (SQQ)
     and 4-6 Natural Turn (Heel Pull)(SSS).

2. 1-12 Extended Reverse Wave consists of:
    1-3 Reverse Turn (SQQ) and Back Three Step (SQQ), a 
     Back Feather (SQQ), another Back Three Step (SQQ), into     
     Closed Impetus, Open Impetus, or another Back Feather. 

3. 1-9 Reverse Wave consists of:
     1-3 Reverse Turn (SQQ), a Back Three Step (SQQ), and 
     Back Feather (SQQ) into Feather Finish or Reverse Pivot.

4. 1-14 Reverse Wave (IDTA only) consists of:
     1-3 Reverse Turn (SQQ), a Back Three Step (SQQ), a
     Back Feather (SQQ), another Back Three Step (SQQ)
     and 4-5 Natural Turn (Heel Pull)(SS) into a Hover Feather.
