Notes
The Four Quick Run is in essence a reverse turning action into a running Forward Lock. It differs from its older brother – the Six Quick Run – in
that begins and ends on a (S), which allows it to turn more. When it
was originally catalogued in Revised Technique books, it was written
specifically to follow a Quick Open Reverse Turn.

The Checked Four Quick Run
The Ballroom Technique notes that the Four Quick Run may be
checked on the 7th Step (S)(Man's RF OP). The Man continues
back on LF (S)(Lady RF fwd OP), into another Four Quick Run,
a V6, or a Six Quick Run.

Bridge Step
The Ballroom Technique permits a Bridge Step (Man's RF Forwards OP)

to be taken into a Tipsy to Left.

The Four Quick Run from PP
The Quickstep and Basic Principles permits this figure to begin in
Promenade Position. This is accomplished in the following manner:

-Promenade Figure (e.g. Open Telemark or Open Impetus)
-Bridge Step (S)(Man's RF/Lady's LF fwd in CBMP and PP)
-Steps 2-6 of Four Quick Run (QQQQS)
