Notes
The Six Quick Run is in essence a reverse turning action into a running Forward Lock. It differs from its younger brother – the Four Quick Run –
in that is composed entirely of (Q), which limits its turn radius. When it
was originally catalogued in Revised Technique books, it was written
specifically to follow a Quarter Turn to Right. Today, however, it is principally danced after 1-4 V6 and a Progressive Chassé to Right
ended with the Man backing DC.

The Checked Six Quick Run
The Ballroom Technique notes that the Six Quick Run may be
checked on the 7th Step (S)(Man's RF OP). The Man continues
back on LF (S)(Lady RF fwd OP), into a Four Quick Run,
a V6, or another Six Quick Run.

Bridge Step
The Ballroom Technique permits a Bridge Step (Man's RF Forwards OP)
to be taken into a Tipsy to Left.
